Preview: Cautious Clay at DC9

Brooklyn-based, Josh Karpeh, the singer, writer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist known as Cautious Clay will make a triumphant return to DC this Saturday, May 5th to play a sold out show at DC9. The stop in DC is part of a handful of shows that Clay is playing in support of his widely praised debut EP, Blood Type, which was recently re-released to include "Stolen Moments," a track NPR called a "stunning, hushed lament that plays out like a lovers' quarrel..." Since releasing his standout track, "Cold War" back in September, Cautious Clay has already received offers from almost every label and has racked up over 900,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
